Order Cancellations

Orders submitted online are processed immediately and are not subject to cancellation. 

Claims

Damaged goods must be noted on receiving paperwork and shall be notified to the seller in 5 working days. Damaged goods will be exchanged for identical product and cannot be returned for credit.

Defective material claims must be claimed within 15 days of receipt and shall be supported by photographic proof. Customer assumes full responsibility of all goods when goods are received and signed for by Customer or Agent (including any damage claims).

Returns

All confirmed orders are final. Refund and /any exchange policy will be accepted in the sole discretion of the seller.
