WARRANTY POLICY

TSSC is an ISO 9001 certified company.  Our products and systems are certified by various international and regional independent certifications bodies. In-house quality control laboratories & technicians ensure our products meet or exceed industry standards.

However, in case any defect or missing parts is noticed, please contact us at info@tsscuae.com by presenting your invoice and order copy or a proof of purchase.

This limited warranty is your exclusive warranty and there are no warranties that extend beyond the description contained here.

PRODUCT LIABILITY CLAUSE

TSSC shall not be responsible for any injury caused to the user during assembly, usage, or possession.

WARRANTY VALIDITY

Installed material shall be cleaned and maintained during the period of this warranty strictly in accordance with the cleaning and maintenance recommendations issued by the Manufacturer.

This warranty shall not apply where material failure is the result of fire, other accident or casualty, vandalism, salt spray, atomic radiation, harmful fumes or foreign substances in the atmosphere,acts of God, or other such occurrences beyond TSSC  control

This warranty will not extend to or cover:

·      Damage to the coating occasioned by moisture or other contamination detrimental to the coating because of improper storage of the coated Metal prior to installation.

·      Water damage to any materials after they leave the possession of TSSC.

·      Damage to the pre-painted metal caused by shipping, handling, and/or installation, storing, erecting and/or handling of the panels on the site and /or any acts or acts of negligence of the customer or any third party after the panels leave the possession of TSSC .

·      Damages caused by: Use of force, non-compliance to TSSC’s standard operations are excluded from the warranty.

This Warranty is non-transferable and non-assignable.
